Concerning my previous response - it depends on your primary goals. Exemestane will be the better choice if your main goal is to counteract the aromatization process strictly. On the other hand, if it is only one of your side objectives, replacing it with Proviron will be a good idea.

If your main goal is to reduce prolactin, I recommend you keep listening - Caberlogine - as it's the production's primary purpose. But from what I see, it is only one of your other goals; then sure, replacing them in this way is a pretty good idea. DHT can counteract estrogen activity this way, indirectly reducing prolactin levels. "Counteract estrogen activity" refers to the binding potential of dihydrotestosterone to the estrogen receptors (ER); this way, limiting the activity of estrogens and their binding with ER alfa (what induces adverse effects associated with estrogen activity). It will also partially deactivate aromatase.

It says in the description that this will "counteract" estrogen and prolactin. Does that mean that this will reduce estrogen and prolactin levels or does it only block their utilization in the body? I guess I am wondering whether I can listen to this instead of the Cabergoline audio to reduce/inhibit prolactin. I would like to keep the number of audios I am listening to per day low and so am looking for audios that have more effects than just one. If this blocks prolactin while also increasing DHT, counteracting estrogen and improving masculinization, I would rather listen to this than to Cabergoline which only reduces prolactin.

Proviron is designed to i.a. increase libido, so you can use it for this purpose. Though it has a low fat-burning potential, therefore, in order to accelerate fat burning process, I recommend you stack with one of the following: Cardarine, 1.3 DMAA, or T3.

The effects of this seem alot like what DHT would induce in the body. So does this binaural work by significantly increasing your own DHT? Or could we use this instead of the DHT audio, to get similar results and less risk of super high DHT and hairloss? (I understand of course that dht would increase a bit with any of these type of audio if test goes up)

This works completely different. Forcefully Sensitized Androgen Receptors is created to increase androgen receptor sensitivity and density. This production is created to reduce SHBG, prolactin, estrogen and redistribute fat. They would be good to stack together because they would have synergistic effects.

For this purpose, I recommend you try DHT, PROVIRON, and Testosterone Enanthate / Cypionate (depending on which one affects you better). You may also check your testosterone / free testosterone / SHBG / estradiol / dihydrotestosterone / LH / FSH levels. Hormonal disbalance may delay puberty, especially with low free testosterone levels and high SHBG. The development of masculine features also depends on genetic predispositions (testosterone to dihydrotestosterone conversion ratio).

So, if I hadn't really developed masculine features (deeper voice, beard growth, bigger hands&wider neck) until 21 y old, will this help me? Should I use it in combination with the androgen receptor sensitizer. Or will this new one be enough? And please recommend me the best videos to help me with my delayed puberty. For now I use AR sensitizer, exemestane, hCG and DHT (I listen all of them twice but exemestane listen only once). I also use MK-677 before sleeping. Is this a good combination to make me more masculine?
