PPSSPP Rebase

you can find the new PPSSPP rebase on Discord & also a preview on gbatemp.
If things go well I will make a proper release bundle tomorrow (its well due).
I also implemented keyboard support, ingame & for text fields.
Let me know if you find any new issues.
The libretro version will follow once the build issues are selved.
