Copying my video's descriptions - References

I've decided not to report this case, as YouTube tends to permanently ban channels for copyrights. I believe this is a one-time situation on this channel. Ultimately, the video in question is not a complete replication of my work, which was uploaded in March before my channel was first deleted.
But let me be clear. Copy-pasting is fine as long as people are well-informed about who was quoted (in the description / title of the video). Otherwise, it's not inspiration - it's theft of intellectual property. Some ought to learn what references are.
