MK-677 (Ibutamoren) is a potent anabolic and anticatabolic product. As a selective, non-peptide ghrelin agonist, Ibutamoren acts through the stimulation of the ghrelin receptors (GHS-R1a). 2018-11-14 16:10:12 +0000 UTCIf you play all at once (e.g. 2, 3 or more) productions made of binaural beats or isochronic tones, they will become self-defeating, as they won't synchronise brainwaves in the way they are supposed to. Nonetheless I don't really know how it is about productions, that contains only pure subliminal messages without binaural beats backup. There aren't any specific researches about how many of them may be absorbed by the subconscious mind at once. That is the reason why I prefer to limit the number of subliminal messages to 10 per single production. That is actually the thing that would require some more profound researches. All of my productions are based on binaural beats, but I think, that I will soon also upload pure subliminal messages without any backup of binaural beats and isochronic tones (from my previous productions), so you can test and compare its effectiveness in relation to original files. Also mix them freely. Pure subliminal messages may be also listened to for a longer peroid of time, without need a break.

I suggest you to split it up e.g. 2x mental conditioning, 1x supplement, (in a row at morning). At midday 2x bodypart, 1x mental conditioning. At evening 2x supplement, 1x bodypart. You may also split it in other way, but I think that you got my point. Usually duration of time of files you listen in a row (various or the same), shouldn't be longer than 40 minutes.
