3-4 times a day should be quite enough. If you start to listen to any of my productions more than 3-4x per day, your brain/body may become overtired, and as a result effectiveness of production is firmly reduced. However, I always recommend carefully notice how the body/mind reacts. If you don't feel any side effects (e.g., tiredness, headache, dizziness), then you may try to listen to this some more. Nonetheless, while listening to binaural beats, "the more" does not always mean "the better."

I'm listening to Test E. And tried real man, real man seemed to have an unwanted bodily effect so I tried DHT instead. DHT for me is different from the others in that I don't feel anything bodily while listening but it gave an instant increase in physical strength and made my erections very similar to when I was a teenager.
