Masteron or oral Proviron (they are both DHT derivatives) shouldn't trigger baldness and prostate growth (even if small prostate growth occurs, then it is reversed after the cycle). Prostate problems may occur due to high DHT levels together with high estrogen, and estrogen plays a much more significant role in this problem. Balding is a much more genetic issue. Even as a high DHT level may accelerate this process, it also occurs due to low estrogen, high cortisol, or even low testosterone, so I won't fully inculpate DHT for it. Also, this production by itself won't trigger this problem.
