FYI Friday! A WIP Post - What's happening in October?

Hi everyone,

It's Friday again and time to see what's coming up in the next few weeks! :)

First of all, we have one final release for Miniature Monday and it's an epic one - the Daedalus, a flying car for our Armatis Mors! Can you tell what vehicle we used as inspiration? ;)

I love how this model turned out, designed and sculpted by the very talented JoJo (@filamentio) who is part of our team. It's just so cool looking in my opinion, and I love those optional gull-wing doors! :D

This model is almost finished, but there's still the interior to sculpt. Miniature Monday might therefore be delayed to Tuesday 26th Sept; just keep an eye out. 

October's plan: WIP images

Things can always change a little with our model plans, but we do have some fun things in the works already!

- Mutated Code Splicer Cult: this is an expansion for our Splicer line, adding a more mutated set of gang members. We listened to feedback and these characters have modular arms! Give them as many arms as you like from. You can see the t-posed figure in the images attached to this post. 

- Giant Idolonid: as we continue this alien army, we will be introducing an absolutely massive foe next month, with a gaping maw and the ability to eat your soldiers whole!! Check out the very early WIP image. 

- Pirate Gang: to go with our Sump Captain, we will have a Sump Crew coming out next month! They will be wielding the same weapons as our Outlaws (although the parts are not cross-compatible), so you can use them as an outcasts gang. Face preview of one crew member included, rest are still WIP. 

October's plan: Ideas

As for the other models you can expect to receive next month, we have some exciting things on the list;

- Sump Airboats! We'd like to create a grimdark, junky airboat for use on the swamps below Stack City, and ideally it will be modular so you can create a few different versions. 

- Docks Kit: terrain to add a dockyard to the Risor District, so your Sump boats have somewhere to moor 

- Space dwarves: we'll be introducing the first character from a new gang we're working on, Space Dwarves! No name for them yet, so suggestions are welcome :)
