Various shops selling medicine can be found all over Gold Ring, with some specializing in cooking spices, some in spellcraft supplies, livestock medicine, and others in ointment shops. Among them, this "Shop Kodas" is an apothecary that sells a variety of medicines and ingredients, from daily use to prescription medicines and spellcraft reagents. It's located a little farther back in the arcade, the store's best-selling product is its independently concocted, original pills in paper bags with the store's name on them, which are said to be effective for gastrointestinal problems.

The next best-selling product is a nourishing and revitalizing potion that can be stored for a long time. The colorful medicines in jars and lined up on a shelf would make people enjoy just by looking at those. The company deals not only with ready-to-use medicines, but also with plants, animals, and minerals used as raw materials. Dried Dondoko livers hanging from the eaves, those are said to have a sweating effect and are said to be good for colds after chopping them up and mix a small amount of them in a congee. Because some medications are made from harmful organisms, a doctor's prescription is required to prescribe such powerful medicines.

Mizori Kodas, the storeowner, is one of the people of the first generation of immigrant Nevreans, she originated in Nev Mountains. According to her, she had considerable difficulty in getting a job because she is Nevrean, a race that was not yet common in Gold Ring at the time. While many of her fellow countrymen were living in rugged life as their lives were unstable, they asked her to take over scrap materials from a warehouse that handled food end materials.

Based on these materials, she processed medicines for daily income to eke out a living. Eventually, she began visiting vendors around the city to select and process food scraps, and this led to being the primordial form of today's Shop Kodas. Since she was not able to speak the language of Gold Ring, it was common for her to get turned away at the door. However, her knowledge and judgment for formulating precisely for individual symptoms were recognized before long, now there's no one in the industry who doesn't know her name. Today, her shop is a familiar one that has become an indispensable part of the community.

As you know, the Creators divide up the Worldbuilding of Vilous. Mick focuses on artwork and visual design, while Kiki works on lore and concept, Nevreans are also one of the Vilous elements that are created in a collaborative effort between Mick and Kiki. A large chunk of lore elements and concepts surrounding Nevreans have been created by Kiki’s work, however, in the case of Female Nevreans, a lot of their origin, core concepts and raw designs have originated from Mick. Due to this, they may have different concepts for female Nevreans at some points.

During the Lore consideration for Mizori Kodas, there were a few different understandings taken into account relating to female Nevreans and their features.

Female Nevreans have been described as a quiet and reticent species, and that is based solely on how Kiki viewed their overall features and aspects. However, Mick considers that these traits do not reach up to be a hard coded or ingrained trait of the species. Mick thinks that this is just a cultural feature, cultivated by the Native Nevreans society. However, according to Kiki, female Nevreans still would take some time before being able to speak in a more social manner, after immigrating to Gold Ring.

Due to the difference in their linguistic abilities, there’s a difference in the speed until they can use the official GR language between male and female Nevreans.

Males were able to acquire the language instantly, while females took up about two to three years or so before being able to. 

Given the structure of female mouths not being conducive to speech, and they are cautious and carefully, they will by default abstain from speaking up too much or overtly verbose. However, they are perfectly capable of answering questions when they are asked directly, as well as sociable, greeting their neighbours with a hello and partake in other socially cooperative situations. However, they will avoid pointless gossip brought about by groundless sources, or try their best to not pry or mention topics which might touch upon people’s privacy, as well as avoid becoming too much of a chatter.

Regarding this linguistic and verbal point, Mick and Kiki have a mutual agreement and shared viewpoint. 

However, Mick still considers that referring to female Nevreans as “quiet and reticent people” as a blanket pass, may cause misunderstanding. She wants to explain it in better words. In the final version of the lore, the mentions will be only firmly decided aspects of how the person called Kodas Mizori has achieved in her life.

Kodas does appropriate questions and answers sessions, Kiki has expressed that her communication style is similar to how the online web software program “Akinator” asks people a series of questions in order to help achieve and reach a conclusion to a problem or search. This is based off of a concept that Nevreans have some sort of electrical (mechanical) features. It means they show an appropriate response to a stimulus, akin to Siri and other e-bots that reply upon prompts with a query.

As the lore makes mention of her knowledge and judgement, after considering the nature of the industry, knowledge is very important to perform the job. People who are still living in Nevrea regions have an opportunity to touch upon Northwestern knowledge also, and everything is handed down through an oral tradition from a master, because there are no written words in Nevrea.

Due to these aspects, Nevrea people who treat the knowledge and maintain it, need to have a good grasp on their memory as well as a sharp mind. After considering these points, we can say that Mizori Kodas is a really great person. She had to study while working because Native Nevreans start out with zero knowledge about the anatomical and biological knowledge of the other races. Effective medicinal ingredients for each race’s body are surely purported to be different, especially Nevreans, which have quite a different biological structure from the other races, therefore, effective medicinal ingredients would greatly differ between Nevreans and the rest.

In that situation, Mizori had found out effective medicinal ingredients that are common to every Eltus race. She made sure to confirm repeatedly shared bodily functions and common traits shared between the three Eltus races, and it is why she has become so proficient. 

The first achievement that is available for every Eltus race that she created out maybe a painkiller. Also, as there was no official medical system for Nevreans in the early stage of the Gold Ring after Nevrean immigration, she would give out medicines to other Nevreans.

On a totally different topic, as Native Nevreans culture does not have a family name system, Mizori may get her family name “Kodas” after immigrating to Gold Ring, and “Kodas” may be based on a local place name. In the ongoing lore concept and building, a family name system may originally exist only in Reono and Gold Ring.
