Ted’s Dolls 45: Dr. Morova

Ted's Dolls was meant to be an anthology series of doll transformations. But the continuity has become very important. Please read them in the suggested order as found in this gallery on deviantArt or as listed on my Patreon.

Dr. Morova was introduced just recently in TD 43.

Richard was sitting at his desk working on some homework. His feet danced around on the floor as if looking for something to do.

Jemma entered the dorm room. “Did you miss me, Richard?”

“Of course, I did.” They kissed. “How was class?”

“Same old, same old.”

She took out a course book to read and flopped on the bed.

Richard’s feet were still antsy. “Jemma?”

“Yes.”

“Would you mind laying down here on the floor?”

“What?”

“Lie down under my desk. I’ll rub your tits with my feet.”

“Um. I suppose if I had a light down there I could read.”

“You don’t need to read. Just lay there and I’ll massage your boobs.”

“I really need to get this reading done.”

“Jemma, take your top off and lie down under my desk so I can rub your tits.”

The pendant she wore glowed momentarily.

The book forgotten, she said, “Oh, I love when you rub my tits.” She took her blouse off and crawled under his desk. “Like this?”

“Yes, now don’t speak and don’t move.”

Her pendant glowed again.

The black-haired wizard psychiatrist managed to take a few sips of her cold cup of tea. She was booked solid today with new patients and hadn’t had a chance to do any paperwork. The intercom sounded and her next patient soon entered her office.

She stood and greeted him at the door. “Hello, I’m Heddy Morova. Are you Karl?”

“Yes, Karl Tiddle.”

“Please have a seat. As this is our first meeting, please tell me what brings you here.”

“I was told your practice deals with certain unusual topics.” He was obviously very nervous but she was used to that.

“I find there really aren’t any unusual topics. The person saying the topic is unusual has probably only recently discovered the topic. It is new to their experience.”

“I hope you’re right. This one involves magic.” He paused, expecting her to have a reaction. When she merely waited for him to continue, he did. “My wife, Marcia, works at RCU and over the Winter break we spent time under the affects of an unusua… of a spell I’d never heard existed before.”

“You were aware of magic existing before Winter break.”

“Yes, Marcia and I had been affected before, twice for her, once for me, but this spell lasted the entire six weeks between semesters.”

“You don’t seem angry so I’m guessing you enjoyed the spell.”

“I did.”

When he didn’t continue, she said, “You haven’t said what the spell did. Is there a reason?”

His mouth opened and closed for a moment before he said, “Oh. I guess I’m a bit embarrassed. There’s this student at the university who turns the students into sex dolls. It’s entirely voluntary and…”

“I know who Mr. Ionescu is.” Usually she wouldn’t interrupt, but Karl’s thoughts radiated loudly. He was worried he was describing something a lot more underhanded that he guessed she might have to report to the police.

“You do? Oh, that’s… I’m not sure that makes this better.”

“You said, six weeks. Did you spend the entire time as a sex doll?”

“No. That’s why I said it was unusual. Marcia and I were turned into child’s toys. Little dolls about this big.” He held his hands about a foot apart.

“Why was this unusual?”

“Around Halloween, Ted had an art exhibition made up of people turned into life-sized dolls. Marcia could not stop talking about it. Only rumors of the sex dolls on campus had reached her ears at that point. Once she had proof she needed to try it.”

“Needed?”

“Marcia, I asked her before I came if I could talk candidly about her. She has a thing for being restrained, tied up, shackled, and so on. We own quite the collection of such equipment. Still, she complains they aren’t enough. She has always desired total immobility, not even the hint of a chance to squirm. Ted’s total transformation into an inanimate doll is her dream come true.

“After the exhibition, she asked Ted to turn her into a doll and he did. Those few days she was a doll were great. I fully accept that if she were being honest she might say those days as the happiest moments of her life, ahead of any of our anniversaries, our wedding day, etc. That’s who she is.”

“You sound like you love her for that.”

“I do. She had me join her when Ted’s Alumni Weekend exhibition was made. Our first kiss among other things still tops my list. But, I had more fun with it than I expected, which is why I agreed to spend the time over Winter break.”

“So, what brings you here?”

“She thought it would be funny if the doll I was turned into was a woman and didn’t tell me ahead of time. I don’t think she was aware it would be as child’s toy instead of sex doll, though. I spent six weeks being called Vicky.”

“Who called you Vicky?”

“Ted’s sister. She just turned eight years old. She gets to play with living dolls all the time, it seems. Even her friends are a bit envious. She would play out games where I was the rich friend of either her sister or Ted’s girlfriend.”

“Ted’s sister and girlfriend become dolls his younger sister plays with?”

“Oh, yeah. I hope that didn’t breech his trust.”

“I do not know Ted well but we have been working together on a few things.”

“The kidnappings?”

“Yes. I suppose you heard him talking about that.”

“Yes, even Libby, his little sister, is aware of it. He found one of them I heard.”

“He did. Let’s stick to why you’re here. Did you enjoy being the rich friend?”

“Too much. I’m a straight, cis man, or so I thought. In the short time since being restored, I see my wife wearing a beautiful dress and I feel... envy. I want to grow out my hair so we can brush one another’s hair. I so enjoyed Libby and her friends combing my hair.

“A couple nights ago she asked what was wrong and after I told her she made a suggestion and the next evening we did it.”

Heddy could see what the suggestion was vividly in his mind. She waited for him to continue.

“She had me put her in her strictest restraint, gagged too. I then walked out as I usually do. There are cameras and monitors in the next room so I can leave her alone and helpless completely safely.

“But this time was different. I went into her closet and put on one of her leather outfits. I came back in dressed like a dominatrix: leather body suit, fishnet stockings, spiked collar and bracelets, a whip. The whole nine years. When I was finished getting dress there was a wrapped present in the box we keep the whips in. It was a long, straight, black haired wig. I put it on. Under the wig was some makeup, just lip stick and eye shadow. I managed not to look like a clown with my first use of makeup. I may have leaked a bit seeing my lips in fire engine red. When I returned and enacted a scene she had asked for I… I enjoyed it far more than I ever thought I would.

“She never told me she’s bisexual. But I’ve always known. And now… now I want to…” He stopped.

“You can say anything here. Or you can wait.”

“I want to be a woman. And I don’t. I want to be a woman when she’s my sub. And I want to be a man the rest of the time. I’m…” He stopped mid-sentence to stare out the window, tilting his head to the side. Or so she thought until she heard a scratching at the window. “I’m conflicted. There’s a cat on your window sill.”

“My next appointment.”

“We’re three stories up,” he said.

“Yes, she probably flew here.” Heddy stood up. “I want you to think about ways you can explore these new feelings such that you can maintain some balance. I wish we’d had time to explore the scenario you just described in more detail. Perhaps in out next appointment.”

“Sure,” he said getting up. As he left to make that appointment with the receptionist, she heard in his mind, “When did my life become weird?”

* * *

Heddy closed the door and looked over at the black cat with white spots and feet pressed up against the glass. It stood on the outer window sill. With a soft sigh, she went over and opened the window.

The cat meowed and walked over to the sofa. It hopped up and curled itself up as if ready to sleep.

“Good afternoon, Emily,” Heddy said, retrieving her glasses and her tea from her desk and sitting on the chair next to the sofa. “I guess you didn’t have any trouble finding a parking spot.”

The cat eyed Dr. Morova for a moment before its form wavered and grew into the form of a young woman. Emily wasn’t sure where the clothing came from or went to when she transformed. “No, as you said, I flew,” she said, her voice still a little raspy as her vocal cords caught up with the change from feline to human form.

“How is it going?”

“Everything is awkward.” She kept talking rather than allow Heddy to create an empty gap that needed to be filled. “Everyone walks on eggshells around me. None of them know why they need to. I’ve lost track of all the rumors. But, no one who didn’t already know me wants anything to do with me. And my friends treat me either like I’m extremely fragile or extremely volatile.”

“Rumors? You haven’t mentioned rumors before.”

Emily paused. “I tried to ignore them. It didn’t work. ‘Emily sold her roommate to a sex trafficking ring.’ ‘Emily eats pets.’ ‘Emily turned a man into a chicken, plucked him, and cooked him.’ I don’t know if I also ate that chicken. That one I almost wish were true for a certain someone. ‘Emily turns people into dolls like Ted does but it’s forever.’” She stopped talking suddenly. “That one’s true.”

Heddy knew she was referring to the men who were unlucky enough to be present when she escaped. “Are you using your dorm room?”

“I can’t. I know you said I should. I’ve been staying in Paris’ room at the sorority.”

“This is our fifth session. I asked you to try at the first session two weeks ago. When did you last try?”

“Yesterday. I stood outside the door for a little while before I gave up.”

“Why did you give up?”

“I can’t.”

“And that’s why you must. I understand you can feel the residual magic. I couldn’t stay in that room for more than a few moments when Ted first took me to it. But, you can’t fear a room. And you can’t run from the past. The only way that magic echo will fade is by having people use the room for normal purposes.”

“Not until Jane is safe.”

“Jane will be safe whether or not you spend time in your own dorm room.”

“I do go there sometimes. I just sit on the floor outside the door. Sometimes I need to get away from the sorority sisters acting wary around me.”

“Surly they don’t spread the rumors.”

“No, but I think a few of them believe a few of the rumors. A couple of them object to all magic for religious reasons. They treat Paris the same way as they do me.”

“People like that will always be burdens for wizards. You need to get used to that.”

“I’ve had no training or frame of reference. I didn’t grow up around wizards. I still haven’t met my, um, father.”

“That’s why Ted stopped me from initiating the formal greeting ritual when I first met you. Have you reached out to Ms. Leskovich?”

“We’ve exchanged texts. I’m going to go see her this weekend.”

“That’s wonderful. I would ask you to say Hello to Kate from me. I haven’t seen her in ages. But, you’ll have other things on your mind, I’m sure.”

“I’ll try to remember.”

“Have you spoken to Richard?”

“No, I’ve avoided him. He doesn’t look in my direction when we’re near one another. Seeing him hurts.”

“Hurts?”

“I want to run up to him and hold him and have him tell me it was all a bad dream. But, that won’t happen. And Jemma is always with him. I’ve run into her and she has no idea who I am. She seems nice. An unfortunate collateral victim who got mindfucked and unlike me, she has a wonderful boyfriend now. Or does she? She also has no idea why she loves him. Somehow, that makes me feel bad for her and at the same time envious.”

“Ted is trying to get Richard and Jemma to come see me but he’s not had any luck. At some point I may seek the two of them out on my own. Have you spoken with Jemma?”

“I few times. I tried to put in her head the idea that she needed to talk to you. She mentioned Ted saying some things she didn’t understand and I told her you could explain it. No idea if she will.”

“How did you try to persuade her?”

“Just talking.”

Heddy wasn’t sure if Emily was lying or not. Usually she could tell but as she was returning to her former self, it became more difficult.

Emily continued, “I am making sure I will like her. If I don’t, bad thoughts creep in.”

“Bad thoughts?”

“Ted has been nagging me about restoring the men who worked with your uncle. I’ve shut him down every time. I don’t want to see them. Ever.”

“And you think that’s fine?”

“No, I think I’m being an asshole. They probably knew nothing of my captivity. They probably have families who have no idea why they never came home a couple weeks ago. I just can’t make myself care about them. They took the money, they get the consequences.”

“Where are they now?”

“I think Ted’s sister uses them as toys.”

“I’ll have to ask Ted about that. He can’t restore them?”

“He says I did something to their ‘aura’ that makes them seem like normal toys to his magic. He can sense they are alive. But, I think he said, ‘The magic just slips off them.’”

“I’ve never dealt with physical magic. But, my understanding is Ted should be able to undo any inanimate transformation and you shouldn’t be able to do them at all. And yet, that isn’t true.”

“It’s not like I understand this stuff. I’m hoping to get some clarity on this from, um, Kate.”

“I’m not sure I should ask,” Heddy said, getting serious. “You are doing a very good job, but not a perfect job, of masking your fury from me.”

“That isn’t a question.” She took a deep breath.

Heddy hoped she hadn’t shown any shock on her face. As Emily had taken that deep breathe, she could no longer sense any fury from Emily. Heddy was pretty sure the fury was still there. Emily could hide it from her, a trained mentalist. “I know you’ll say, No. But, I have to ask. Can I take a deeper look?”

“No. I only have so much trust for you.”

“That’s totally fair and very honest. Please, don’t channel that fury into revenge.”

“What fury?”

“Unfortunately, much as I’d like to delve deeper into this, our time is up.”

“I’ll be fine. See you Friday, Heddy.”

“See you Friday, Emily.”

Patient: Emily Scarborough

Wizardry: Leskovich family with non-traditional skills

Appointment: February 7, 2024, 3:30 PM

Notes: Emily is not suppressing the events that happened to her between December 18, 2023 and January 30, 2024. She is siloing them. She shows a mentalist’s level of skill with walling off parts of her mind. I fear I have not met the true Emily. There are glimpses, the fact that she won’t restore my Uncle’s minions being the one that concerns me most. I fear she will use those walled off parts of her mind to exact her revenge on Stockton Perry. He deserves being charged with kidnapping. I fear her revenge will go a lot worse for Mr. Perry.

“Can I sit down?” Emily said, sitting down at the lunch table occupied by Mitch and Joel.

“Sure, Emily. How’s it going?”

“I want to collect on the favor you owe me.”

“Favor?”

“I helped you with the interface for Ted’s app.”

“I never said I owed you one,” Mitch said. The look on her face made him quickly add, “But, sure, I guess I do. What’s the ask?”

“I need a hack done. I’m not going to talk about it here obviously.”

“Of course not. Between Joel and me, we can probably get whatever you need done.”

“Great. I’ll be at your room this evening. If all goes well, you might even get to have some doll fun.”

“And then I’d owe you one for that later.”

She just smiled. “You catch on quick.” She got up and left.

“I thought everyone was saying she was a basket case,” Joel said.

“Did you see her eyes? She might be a highly functioning basket case.”

“You going to help her?”

“I’m not going to allow her to become angry with me if that’s the alternative.”

“Good plan. Too bad you want to keep her at arm’s length. Ted hasn’t resumed doll rentals.”

“You want her turning you into a doll?”

“I thought she’d be the doll.”

“I wouldn’t be too sure about that.”

“Oh.”

“I don’t know why I’m here,” Lilian said. “Ted fixed whatever Fiona, Bailey, and Carson did to me.”

“Did he? How do you feel about studying?” Dr. Morova said.

“I like studying. I’ve always liked it. That’s why they were able to make me go study crazy.”

“Or did you want to go ‘study crazy’ as you call it?”

“They overdid it. I didn’t see my hometown friends at all over Winter break. Some of them are mad at me for ignoring them. I wouldn’t want to study to the point of losing my friends.”

“Lilian, Ted told you about me, right?”

“You’re a wizard like he is.”

“Except my magic involves the mind. I examined you before Ted removed the compulsions imposed by his magic. There was nothing there about studying.”

“That can’t be right. There had to be.”

“Carson had said to all of his victims they had to continue to keep up their studies. Nothing else was part of any compulsion.”

“Then why did I…?”

“Were you thinking about doing any independent studies over Winter break before you were – let’s call it – initiated?”

“Yes. I’m always, well, not always, but when I’m thinking about my studies, I think about getting extra credit.”

“That was an interesting slip. How did Fiona and Bailey get you to become a doll?”

“How did you know I didn’t just sign up to be rented on my own?”

“Ted was surprised to see you that evening as you hadn’t been a rental doll in over a month. Why is that?”

“I had a lot of work to do.”

“Your normal semester work and an independent study you talked Professor Sakei into allowing you to do.”

“I’ve done an independent study each semester that I’ve been here except my initial Freshman semester. I didn’t know any of the professors then.”

“But, you aren’t ‘study crazy’?”

“NO!” Lilian face was a mask of anger.

Dr. Morova waited to see if Lilian would say anything else.

“I’m sorry I shouted.”

“I’m used to being shouted at. Just not passionate shouting about the desire to study. Do you now acknowledge that you might need to study a bit more intensely than perhaps is healthy?”

“I… I do.” Her body drooped, momentarily defeated. She perked up and said, “I could do a study about overachievers.”

“Or we could work on correcting your life balance needs.”

“That could be studied as well.”

* * *

Jemma found herself at a medical office park, at the door of a psychiatrist’s office, Dr. Morova. She wasn’t sure why, but she had made an appointment earlier in the week and she was surprised they could see her so quickly. The receptionist had her take a seat after getting her insurance information.

The doctor came out and greeted her. They went into her office.

“I’m not sure why I’m here.”

Heddy had no qualms about reading her mind. She found an orderly collection of controls left by her uncle and a few other messy controls she couldn’t identify.

“Well, I’m sure we can suss it out together. Anything unusual happen to you in the last couple months, perhaps.”

“I don’t think so.”

“Meet someone new?”

“Oh, well, is that unusual? But, yes, I met Richard six, no seven weeks ago. He and I are head over heels for one another.”

“No, that isn’t unusual. It is noteworthy. How did you meet?”

“On a bench outside the dorms. I don’t remember why I was just sitting there. It seems like it had been a few hours now that I think about it. But, he was very sweet.”

“Seven weeks ago?”

“Yes, our 50 day anniversary was yesterday. We went out to a restaurant for dinner. It was a lovely Italian place Richard heard about from a friend.”

“You know you met 51 days ago but you don’t know the full circumstance of why you happen to be where he met you?”

“I guess that is unusual.” She thought for a moment. “I remember us talking for hours that day but I have no idea what we talked about. Strange.”

“Well, it’s a good thing you’re here then.”

“I guess. Richard owned a life sized doll. I remember telling him he had to get rid of it.”

“Did he?”

“Yes, but I suppose that’s also weird. He sold it to Stockton Perry. How did one of the richest men in America know Richard was selling a sex toy?”

“This is most strange.”

“Where did you get that necklace?”

“Richard gave it to me. Come to think of it, he gave it to me the day he sold the doll.”

“May I hold it?”

She leaned forward and held it toward Heddy.

“No, take it off so I can hold it.”

“I’d rather not.”

“Why?”

“I… I... I just don’t want to.”

“Tell me about the doll. Why did you insist he get rid of it?”

“I just didn’t like it. It was too realistic. Now that I think about it, the doll looked like a woman I go to college with. Emily something. I spoke to her a few days ago. She’s a dead ringer for the doll.”

“I can only say this is strange in so many ways.”

“Am I crazy?”

“No, not likely. I fear it is something worse.”

“Worse?”

“Your mind was tampered with.”

“Tampered with? How?”

“Magic.”

“I thought you were a doctor.”

“I am a doctor. I’m also a wizard.” The room went completely black and only the doctor’s face was lit from an invisible source of light. That was what Jemma saw. “I apologize for the parlor tricks. But, you have to take this seriously. Your mind was altered by another wizard. You know about Ted and his wizard skills. Turning people into dolls is his specialty. There are other kinds of wizards, including those who can tamper with minds.”

“That’s a lot to absorb.”

“I know. Take a deep breath.” The room returned to its normal lighting. “I can see several controls in your mind. I would like your permission to examine them further. I don’t want to poke them too hard in case they’re booby trapped.”

“This is dangerous?”

“I suspect they aren’t a danger to you. They could cause me some pain if I tamper with them.”

“I want them gone.”

“That might change how you feel about any number of things.”

“Richard?”

“No, given the amount of time you’ve spend with him, fifty days, I suspect your feelings for him are genuine now. I would have to do my examination to be sure.”

“Go ahead. Should I lie down?”

“One of the controls is being fueled by the pendant on that necklace.”

“What?”

“Hand me the necklace.”

“No, you can’t have it. It’s mine. We’re done.” She stood up.

“Sleep.”

Jemma collapsed on the sofa, falling asleep immediately.

Heddy opened her desk’s side drawer and pulled out a box and a pair of thick gloves. With difficulty she undid the latch on the necklace and dropped it and the pendant into the box. She sealed the box and returned it to the drawer. After spending a moment collecting herself, she said, “Awaken.”

Jemma opened her eyes. “I… I was going to leave for some reason.”

“The necklace. It was influencing you.”

Jemma grasped at her throat to find the necklace missing. “Oh, god. Am I still being controlled?”

“Yes. You might experience some vertigo as I look around in your mind. I had to remove the necklace first.”

“Okay. How do I know you didn’t put these things in my head?”

“You don’t. But, I didn’t. I do know who did. And even if I told you who did, you wouldn’t know whom I was talking about. I don’t want you to come to any harm.”

“One more thing.”

“Yes?”

“Was it Ted who did this?”

“No.”

“He suggested I needed to see you. So did that Emily. Oh, god. She was actually Richard’s doll.”

Heddy said nothing.

“Oh, my god. And Richard sold her. Why? How could Richard do such a thing?”

“You aren’t the only one who’s been tampered with. I’ll tell you more after I examine your mind.”

“Okay. Oh, god.” She quickly arranged herself on her back on the sofa. “Go ahead.”

Heddy mostly knew what she’d find. Her uncle’s controls were targeted and as subtle as they could be. He had always taken sick pride in how he would fuck people’s minds, she thought. She could remove them easily.

There was one other control that was rather sloppily induced into her mind. It appeared to be a control convincing Jemma to seek her out. Did Ted or Emily create that? Cleaning that one up would probably hurt Jemma.

“Okay, I’ve given you a pretty good look. There’s a few controls there that have mostly been absorbed by the rest of your mind. They are basically a part of you because they did their work and are no longer necessary. For example, two of them made you interested in Richard and in what he had to say. I’m sure that is wholly a part of you now. Removing the controls themselves is simple as they should just slip out easily. Removing their influence would be difficult and possibly leave you utterly confused for months. I will remove the controls but you are stuck with the influence.”

“I guess that’s fine. I don’t want to lose Richard. Although, I feel like I stole him from Emily. They were dating weren’t they.”

“I’ll get to that. There’s another control that is still a bit more active. It is what made it hard for you to think about anomalies like not knowing how you met Richard. It was being fueled by the necklace. Removing it will probably cause you a few instances of confusion but nothing meaningfully damaging.”

“Okay.”

“And the final influence is the most recent. I think it was placed there by Emily since I know Ted couldn’t do it. She appears to have convinced you to come see me. I have no idea how she did it. She shouldn’t have any access to that kind of magic. That control should fade now that you have come to see me.”

“She made me come here?”

“No, she just put the thought in your head. Literally.”

“Emily can control minds?”

“Emily is a special case. Technically, she is my patient and I shouldn’t talk about her at all. Please, ask her about what happened to her when she was kidnapped.”

“Kidnapped? Someone was kidnapped from school?”

“You didn’t know that?”

“No. Should I… I remember hearing rumors about a kidnapping and thinking I should just ignore them. I don’t remember what the rumors were though.”

“Yes. There were a few other faded controls in your head. I didn’t bring them up because I couldn’t determine what they had done. I suppose they caused you to ignore anyone talking about the kidnappings.”

“Kidnappings? More than one?”

“Jane Panabaker was also kidnapped and she is still missing.”

“That’s terrible. Who would do that?”

“The same person who tampered with your mind.”

“Could he have kidnapped me?”

“No, he was specifically looking to kidnap Miss Panabaker. Emily got in his way.”

“But, she’s a wizard.”

“She had only discovered her abilities a couple weeks before the kidnapping. The kidnapper used her inexperience to cause her great harm.”

“She lost Richard. Oh, god. It’s not my fault, is it?”

“Not in any way.”

“It’s worse then that isn’t it. I was the consolation prize to keep Richard from noticing Emily was gone.”

“That is relatively accurate. I’m sorry. And that’s also why I need to see him soon.”

“Remove the controls that you can. I’m curious how I’ll feel if I’m in full control.”

“This might cause you some discomfort. I will do my best to avoid that.”

For several minutes, the room was silent. Heddy broke out in a sweat as she worked to undo the expertly crafted controls and one not so expertly crafted control in her mind. Jemma squirmed a few times during the effort.

“Done. How do you feel?”

“I feel… I feel… used. I can see a face. An older man with a twisted smile. He’s speaking but I can’t hear him.”

“That’s the man who did this to you. He’s no longer a threat to anyone.”

“I suppose I don’t want to know how that happened.”

“I am not privy to all the details myself. Suffice it to say, he won’t do anything like he did to you, Richard, Emily, or Jane and God knows how many other people ever again.”

“Richard? I… I thought I was in love with him.”

“Are you?”

“I don’t dislike him. I wouldn’t mind actually getting to know him. I stayed with his family over break. I really like his mother. But, no, I’m not in love with… Oh, god, I’ve been a controlling bitch to him.”

“Hmm?”

“I’ve been keeping him from seeing his friends. Was that so they wouldn’t ask him about Emily?”

“Probably.”

“Oh, god. I owe her an apology.”

“I can’t help you or her with that. But, you can do me and Emily a great favor?”

“Anything.”

“Bring Richard here.”

“Okay.”

Comments

This got longer and longer as I realized how many people might need a magic-aware psychiatrist.

So many settings that need a psychologist who's familiar with magic... Fairly workaday stuff here, but there are messes needing cleaning up and she gets to be the janitor.
