This is the fastest way to replace your generic/customized manager head model with head model of any other real player/icons like Messi, Ronaldinho, Giggs etc.
WARNING! After this, you can't use "Edit Manager" feature in-game. Also, I can't guarantee it won't cause game crashes in future.
