Fuck me, I must've forgotten to change out the texture I was using on one of the hair surfaces. Most likely that was just the Top Coat strength, which isn't *super* necessary but if other people notice weirdness I'll be sure to update the file.

2022-08-09 09:09:58 +0000 UTCTwo notes: 1) no foot pose, but setting the two Heeled Shoe posing sliders to about 70% does the job 2) error about missing file in the hair (/Runtime/Textures/outoftouch/!hair/OOTHairIray/SPOOTIrayHairXtraBright.jpg) but the hair looks fine even without it.
