Channel Update November 2023

Hey everyone, so if you’re on my Discord then you probably already heard the news. If not, well the news is that I suffered a mental breakdown at the beginning of the month: spent a night in a psychiatric center in the Emergency Room and everything. To say this has been a challenging month would be a tremendous understatement.

The good news is I’m recovering quickly. I’m very fortunate to have an incredibly-supportive group of family and friends who have been watching over me, and I got a good team of professionals giving me the treatment I need. I’ve been on antidepressants for a week now, and so far so good. But anyone who has been through this will tell you, this is a very long and difficult process to find a balance of medications and therapy treatments that work.

Unfortunately, my case has been pretty severe since I’ve basically ignored my depression and anxiety my entire life and never tried treating it. As a result, my day-to-day has been just focused on my daily needs, treatments, and getting used to living with my condition. This has left little time and energy for any sort of work.

Naturally, this means the Starfield video is on hiatus until I can get back into the groove of things. Sadly, I just don’t know when I’ll be returning to work. Right now I’m just taking things one day at a time.

The good news is that the Starfield video was pretty far along when I left it. I’m going to be splitting it into 2 parts so I can deliver it faster. Most likely I’ll do the same thing with the third Skyrim video. This way I can focus on smaller parts and give you guys a steady stream of content once I get back to work. I also got some live stream ideas I think will be some fun, but that’s all in due time.

I’ll try to keep you all up to date on my condition going forward, at least letting you all know when I’m back to working.

I truly cannot express how grateful I am for all your support. I promise I’m doing everything I can to return: making videos and entertaining you all has been and continues to be an absolute joy and a privilege. All of your support via viewership and patronship/membership really does make this all possible.
