Agh, Spencer's mum saying about how he was always clumsy as a kid and always bumping into things right after he lied to her about bumping into something when really she'd hit him HURTS! And then the look on his face after. Obviously we all know she loves him and did her best when he was growing up, but she was so unwell. It's very easy to imagine a young Spencer getting hurt during one of her episodes and then lying to her later about what happened to him.
