Here's a guide for importing it to a hosted game on Forge: https://forums.forge-vtt.com/t/importing-worlds-modules-systems-w-video-tutorial/454 For just installing to foundry, I typically just unpack and drag it to the modules folder, run foundry and add it to the list of active modules, then within foundry there's a module management tab where you basically confirm that you want it active.
