Update on the next comics and other projects!

Two more comics down! WOOOOO!!!
Both were an absolute BLAST to make, and might I say, both with very different themes!

This will be a long status most likely, so I'll put a 'TLDR' with just the dot points right at the end for those of you wanting to skip all the details 🤙

Quick introduction of my new underling!
Some of you may have seen them in the comic comments, but please welcome SlipStreamAce to the Nexstat Comics staff!
They've been helping me a LOT over the past two comics, and now has started doing some editing work to make my renders and scripts into actual comic panels that go out to you guys! As a reference, they are the editor of both the latest final drops, masterfully done in my already established style! 😍

SlipStreamAce is an already accomplished illustrator in their own right (link to their DA and Twitter in the comments below), and now is bringing those swishy skills to the comics space with me 🥰

Being able to afford to get help like this is truly only because of all of YOU lovely people supporting me here on Patreon, so this is your tax dollars at work my friends! 💜

The comics coming next:
I don't know HOW I did it, but both comics managed to finish on the same week, which now means DOUBLE to work to get the next comics up and running...
For those of you unaware, based on a poll I did earlier the comic on the $5 tier (replacing Splintered Cells) will be 'Pool Seduction 2', and the comic on the $10 tier (replacing Getting Pumped) will be 'Bar Hopping 2'... seems like it's about time I did a sequel, eh? 😉

Sadly however, comics do take a LONG time to set up, and involve creating assets like all the characters and the environments, writing the scrips and setting up the scenes... plus all the boring nitty gritty stuff you don't see behind the scenes. 

I was REALLY hoping to get it all done without skipping a beat, but it turns out it's not really possible. So ultimately, I'll be taking a week to properly develop all this stuff so that the comics can be the best they can be out of the gate! I'd rather not sacrifice quality for the sake of a week in between comics, and this will probably have to be the standard between comics going forward so I can properly prep 🤘

In the meantime:
I'm not gonna leave you guys high-and-dry however! While I'm making these assets and writing these comics, I'll be posting regular updates with sneak-peeks of the characters I'm making... Maybe try and get some input of what kind of characters you guys might like to see! As a reference so far, I've added a reminding teaser of Bar Hopping 2 to this post for those who might have missed that 😉

Other than that, I've now updated the pinned posts with the completed PDFs of Splintered Cells and Getting Pumped, and in the near future I'll be running a couple polls to see what you guys thought of those comics, so that I can know what you guys liked or improve on what you didn't like!

Other projects I'm working on:
I'm sure you guys have noticed that my comics typically are styled with large speech-bubbles, and near the start of Splintered and Pumped it only really just kinda hit me about how ridiculously HUGE they were after some feedback.

Since then I've been using smaller, more fitting bubbles so they don't take up 3/4 of the damn page! But that also means I've got a massive backlog of comics with these large bubbles! 😫

Slowly but surely I've been making my way through my comics and adjust them, a 'soft remaster' if you will 😏
Something's Shifty was the first, Pumped and Splintered were next... I JUST finished Skin Deep and I'm a little way into Unconventional. Once these are done, I'll be re-uploading them into the pinned post, you'll even find that they'll have a crispier and higher quality too! 🙌

Speaking of which, I've had a few people ask me about getting the completed stories in the single-panel format for higher quality, and that is also something I'll sort out this week so you guys can view and jack off to the comics in whatever quality or format you like! (Aren't I just so helpful... 😈)

And uhhh... one last thing:
Sooo... an idea keeps running around my head about making a game set in the NPU (Nexstat Porn Universe)... Kind of like those anime dating sims you see around, but with you as a shapeshifter interacting with my characters! I'd LOVE to do it, but the time is squeezed pretty tight as is, and so if this comes more into fruition it'd either have to take the place of one of the comic tier, so It both eases the workload and still provides the goodies, or just pause the comics entirely and switch over to that for a while?... 

My main idea so far is that i'm kinda thinking of it being about you as a shifter going around town and visiting the characters and places you know and love, but you'll have to assume the form of certain people to get info out of specific 'targets', like Lexi might only talk to Alice, or Kimiko might only reveal something to Chloe... or to get close enough to touch them and steal their form (and probably fuck them)....  

This is all whizzing about in my head, but just wanted to chuck that out there to you guys and see if there's hype for this?
