Drop the perfectionism mindset, use references for things you dont understand yet (I still struggle with hands). Focus on what do you wanna draw and the artist that inspire this type of content, you can grab pieces of their artstyle (not in a plagiarism way) to then implement it in yours, polishing it in the future.
