I think there will be a dramatic change in attitude among the ladies-in-waitng of Lady Lihua. Being dismissed from the Rear Palace will bring shame on Shin, and her family will have loss of "face" due to this so she's not going to be welcomed home, in fact she probably will be sequestered or quickly married of to some lower level personage to cement some deal. This Emperor is a boob man so he likes his Consorts chesty, Lishu is already 14 but nothing much in the chest area so not likely anything physical will occur between her and the Emperor unless she has a late and dramatic growrh spurt.
