The elven "Queen" and her "Maiden"

He kidnapped an elven queen and using a ritual, made it so that only her skin remained behind. The chieftain soon would become a Queen of "her" own kingdom after donning it.
Next, he tricked the Handmaidens, the Queen's elite guard, and made his remaining brutes wear the guise of these warrior women. These "elves" then began a swift conquest of the nearby lands. Nobody in the kingdom knows how the Queen wields a huge ancient blade and why she is running into combat headfirst... but she is brutal and effective.
After every battle won, the "Queen" likes to relax in the company of "her handmaidens"... and no one is to disturb them <3
