Ayanokoji emailed the recording to Ryuen remember? So all Ryuen has to do is reply to that email address and Ayanokoji will receive it. Ryuen doesn't know who it is, but he has the contact info. Kushida does not need to target Horikita's brother. What happened in middle school was during Horikita and Kushida's final year there. So the brother was no longer at the school, he does not know what happened. And the brother is about to graduate anyway, he will be gone soon. Also, I had a slightly different reaction to hearing Kushida's backstory tbh. I felt really bad for her. It seemed to me like she has a sort of chemical imbalance in her brain. The recognition she received was like an addiction to her. She tortured herself in middle school to feed that addiction. Because she has to constantly suppress how she really feels to keep up the angel act, she needs a way to vent somewhere. The blog and her yelling out into the sea are her ways of making sure that she does not completely lose her mind. And as she said, when the whole class found the blog and turned on her, her fight-or-flight response kicked in and she defended herself. As she says, all she did was tell the truth. It was a betrayal of their trust in her for sure, but she was simply using the ammo that they voluntarily gave her. In my mind, Kushida is essentially a child who suffered from an addiction and ended up lashing out. Nobody identified what was going on with her in her childhood years so she did not get the help that she needed. And now the aftermath of her lashing out and her addiction are still haunting her to this day. In my opinion, it's a tragic backstory. These are just my thoughts on it, I also understand those that look at what she did and see a monster. But I think this is just proof that she is another very well-written and complicated character in this series!
