This asset requires that you edit a PSD file. I've setup the PSD to be as simple as possible for users to edit. It also includes additional variants I designed that include user status and a non VRC+ variant.
This asset was created with Poiyomi Toon 9.0.62 and lilToon 1.9.0. It is highly recommended to use that or newer to ensure compatibility.

Notes: V1.1 fixes an issue for the indicators not working by default due to the parameter not being set to True in the FX layer. Oops!
If you wish to fix this without updating, you can simply go into the "Nameplate poi/lil FX" layers and under the parameters tab check the box for indicators.
