He is another dragonblooded sorcerer but he is very different from Sylva. Sylva believes being a dragon comes with the responsiblity of protecting those lesser than you, Rathkul believes being a dragon means ruling over those lesser than you.
The child of a Barbarian lord, he is fickle, vengeful, and violent often relying on intimidation to get what he wants. His threats are not to be ignored either as many a mouthy insolent peon has had a limb frozen off for over stepping themselves.
