He is a member of the elite organization of psionic assassins known as the Sir'Hissath, who train those who are gifted from a young age to become deadly tools that can be bought for the right price.
Red Leg is proud of his profession and is very matter of fact about the fact he is an assassin, this is because he doesn't feel like it makes him a bad person. He only kills those he is paid to and those who threaten him, beyond that he is fairly benign.
