The Family Big Mountain

a quick back story recap but Big Mountain is an infamous crime boss and loan shark from The Plane of Earth. He won Trinket from his parents while he was still an egg, them being gamblers and willing to put up anything for another chance at winning. Of course they lost and wound up so in debt their fates were sealed, the Don kept the egg wanting to raise the resulting kobold to be his foot stool. But upon the kobolds hatching, something softened in Rashid and he instead decided to raise the child as his own. Rashid named him Trinket because he thought it was a cute name and it would be a constant reminder of who he belonged too as well.
Rashid is a bully and a crime lord so he was about as a good a father you can expect, but he did make sure that Trinket experienced the finer things in life, taught him what he knew of the criminal under world, and had him trained as a geomancer. Of course this was all to make sure he could be a useful part of his organization, but still there is some care required. If you were to ask Trinket, he considers Big Mountain more a mentor than a father but he can still remember many a night when he was much younger. Sleeping in Big Mountains beard.
