Apologies for the non-STL related post.

It's come to my attention that someone is raising copyright claims in my name on Etsy and in doing so is claiming to be the Owner of Bella Nacht, and is using the email address bellanacht3d@gmail.com and citing my patreon.

Please note that my only email address is bellanachtstudios@gmail.com

I don't know if the listings that received the copyright notice were actually my STLs or not, as they've all been removed as a result of these claims.

So I don't know if this person is legitimately raising claims on my behalf or is simply using my name to cause trouble and claiming my work as their own.

I do not know, nor do I recognise, the name of the person claiming to be the owner of Bella Nacht in said claims.

I am the only person you will ever interact with at Bella Nacht aside from @FlamingTiki who does the supports for my figures and is available exclusively on discord.

As always, the re-selling of my STLs files is strictly prohibited.

Sale of physical prints of my designs are exclusive to those with commercial licenses.

If this is you, please reach out to me with an explanation, as there is a big difference between alerting me to the illegal use of my files, and pretending to be me without my knowledge or consent.
