You heard right. Spiders hibernate, and I have decided to fully embrace the spooder lifestyle. That means that there will be no regular updates.

I won’t be traveling to see my family this year so I’ll be all alone with my friends, D&D group, church, etc. With so few social commitments, I think I’ll use the month to relax, fill in my outlines for some of these stories, and maybe even build up a backlog for next year.

Winter is my favorite time of the year and I thank you for understanding my need to cut all obligations for a bit. This means that if you’re still here, you can unsubscribe for a month and won’t be missing much. I understand not wanting to give me moolah for things I don’t plan on doing.

Well, I say that, but I think most of you guys were here last year when I got so drunk that I started Holy Grill. I think there’s a difference between needing to post chapters (even if I enjoy it), and just letting my mind do whatever the fuck it wants (even if what it wants is apparently getting into a shitpost challenge with a tea-obsessed, Uncle Iroh wannabe teacher in Singapore).

Now for the actual news:

Patron of Spiders: Get off the tier and resubscribe to a lower tier, please. If you don’t, I’ll refund your December payment (whenever Patreon processes it) and you’ll be asked to resub then. One way or another, this tier is going away for good.

Weavers: Great news! I was told by someone (I think it was CC?) who suggested I should host a second monthly poll exclusively for higher tiers, allowing you to have a greater say in what I work on.

Everyone Else: No, none of my chapters will ever be gatekept by price point. That sounds like a very easy way to annoy a bunch of people. Basically, this means that I’ll have 4 chapters each month decided by polls. 2 guaranteed chapters will come from a general poll, and another 2 guaranteed chapters from the Weavers’ poll. You won’t get a vote in the Weavers’ poll, but you will be able to read them when they come out.

Commissions: They’ll be taken to Kofi. Kofi isn’t active yet, but I’ll see what I can do.

Discord: Maybe…? I’m tech-stupid but who knows.

I uploaded a grand total of sixteen chapters in November, more than I ever have before. Hope you enjoyed that. I might have something for everyone when Christmas rolls around.
