One of your best reactions yet, Cristy! Been waiting eagerly for Saturday to come so I could watch this one with ya! I knew you would love it and my cheeks hurt from smiling so much during the movie all over again along with all the other emotions I got to go through with you as well. Seeing this in the theater on opening night was something special because that's when the theaters are full of all the die hard fans that grew up reading and collecting comics as well as those that fell in love with all the Spider-Man movies that preceding this. Safe to say that fans going into the movie on those opening weekend showings all knew what was going on and to be expected, but just not how it all was going to unfold. ...and what an amazing job they did of putting together a killer story! I can probably count on one hand the number of movies I've seen on opening night that have had the level of energy in the audience that this movie had. Yes, the theaters showing the movie had huge gasps/cheers/applause when Sony-era Spidey characters showed up, especially Tobey and Andrew. I’m so glad (and kind of surprised) that you were able to get to this movie without being spoiled. I know that Jorge was running interference on some comments, but even so- kudos to Cristy’s Crew for letting everything be a surprise. :-)
