The update script for Sekira is finished 100%.
The programmer has started building the update.
The graphics are 50% complete.
The update will be released this month.

The programmer couldn't handle it. A new programmer was found, and he is currently figuring out the code.
It is currently unclear when the update will be released. The storyline in the planned update is tied to the battle system. If the programmer cannot manage the battle system's code, then the system will likely be simplified significantly to release updates regularly.
