Rather than the standard assimilation process, fake Krystal uses the now perfected boogie Inc mask to transform her.
When wearing the mask, you keep your basic identity, though it's heavily influenced to make you more suited to different types of work or roles. On top of that, when you perform tasks properly, it will give you dopamine reinforcement. This goes for fake Krystal too who felt it for successfully transforming the doe.
