Rebooted Episode Discussion
Added 2023-07-18 08:32:55 +0000 UTCI think we posted this as a Patreon Exclusive awhile ago and since then, it has finally made the rounds. Anyways, time for the discussion of it.
This is not actually based on any one show or thing. It is sort of "in general" of things we might remember growing up enjoying, only to find a reboot or remake we dislike. In some cases, these new versions are not meant for us. We might not like it, but the new generation might. It can certainly stink when that happens, but it is what it is.
Some notes for this episode is we are actually inside Dash's house/apartment/condo/whatever in this episode. Not sure we've ever really done that much. She has some trophies in the background of panel five. For some reason there is a MasterShake reference in panel five too. He is a character from a show I've never watched. So I don't know why that is there. We just wanted to show some Scootalove with Dash here. Expect more in the future.

2023-07-19 06:45:25 +0000 UTCI feel like more often I have issues with the remakes feeling soulless and lacking in creativity. They're just good enough to not make you want to turn things off, but they feel sort of pointless because they're missing that special something the original had.
