Hearing Instincts Episode Discussion
Added 2022-03-17 00:15:22 +0000 UTCIt has been awhile since we've seen Pinenut in any role besides sleeping in the background. Selective hearing is a real thing, and something all pets... and apparently Starlight excel at!
Nothing really to break down in this episode. One thing is when there are pictures hanging on the wall in the background, we always tend to go with a generic forest and mountain scene. This time, someone got daring and drew some bread, candles, and a fancy glass filled with non-adult beverages. Haha!
Laid is also our go-to chips brand. Sometimes you will see flavors like "Horse Chip" flavor which is a pun on what real life horse chips are. Let's just say it's poop related... we're so mature. Laid is obviously based of Lays.
Panel two, Pinenut is sitting high up on some sort of shelf looking down at Moondancer. Most cat's like high positions so they can plan how to end their owners existence, but not Pinenut. He's a good cat. El un bueno gato. I'm learning Spanish!

You know more than me. I am self teaching myself. I didn't know what the word "Recuerdo" and "estudiaba" was yet. So I didn't know what you said exactly, but I had an idea when you said Spanish and School. :D
