Changes to tiers

To that end, I'm going to be deleting the 20 dollar tier for staple-bound calendars, and opening up the equivalent amount of slots for spiral-bound. That will mean, however, that you will need to pledge to the new tier to receive your copy. If you were previously pledged to the 20 dollar tier and aren't able to enter into the new one for any reason, please let me know. Thanks again guys!
