Hey! How is everyone?

It's time to rock out with this rockin' riff. TAB is attached a PDF and Guitar Pro file.

Pro Tips:

- There are lots of 2 string shapes here. For the ones on the 8th fret, I play them by barring my 1st finger. For the ones of the 10th fret, I use my 3rd finger on the lower pitched string and my 4th finger on the higher string. Alternatively, you can barre your 3rd finger to play the 10th fret on both strings, if you wish. "You do you", as the youngsters say.

- Note that there's a hammer on at very beginning of this riff. I'd recommend just working on this one thing for a while, to really hone in on the double hammer on motion.

- This one is short and repetitive. This makes it quite easy to practice as you just need to play these few notes over and over again. You could even watch The Simpsons while you low-key practice this riff in the background.

Theory Talk:

This one starts off with a C pentatonic scale:

C - Eb - F - G - Bb

All the 2 note shapes we talked about above  are sometimes called double stops. A double stop is when you take any 2 notes from a scale and play them at the same time. You can find a ton of these in the pentatonic scale, and most of them are on the same frets, adjacent strings. It looks like this:
