Releases Moving to Sunday! (find out why)
Added 2021-12-15 01:20:50 +0000 UTCtl;dr - My weekend used to be Fri/Sat but it's Sat/Sun on the new job I just started. Putting out releases on my second weekend day works best for me and keeps them higher quality.
Long version:
When I first started this weekly release schedule, I picked Saturday because my day job is very busy and my days off every week were Friday and Saturday. I write best on non-work days; IE: my weekend. I still write as I can throughout the week, but I do a lot of writing after work during my last workday of the week, and on the weekend.
Saturday releases allowed me to spend all day on Friday writing from the comfort of my own home if needed. Then, I also have Saturday to finish touch ups and edits before I post.
I just got a new job! I am switching over to it immediately and will have Saturday and Sunday off instead of Friday and Saturday. In order to keep up consistently high quality releases, I am going to be doing releases on Sunday.
This WON'T change for the foreseeable future. I should hopefully never be off this schedule.
