Edit: Oops. I didn't see the form. My bad. I'm going to just honest with myself and suggest the mommy that I always want to see people turned into and that would be the minor character Turrune AKA Reine des Garous from the series "Horizon in the middle of nowhere" for the reasons that 1 ) she is the mom of my favorite character and 2) she is gorgeous and her hair is awesome. She has no official lines and is only a character in the original light novels and I do not know who I would want to become her - so my choice is a long shot.
