Another bad news post, and a poll

Heya everyone. I know the last few posts haven't been all that inspiring for the process of the game. But unfortunately, I can only add to it. Yesterday I got the news that I was being laid off from my company due to reasons outside my control. This was done in such a way that the normal social security do not apply. As such, this has an immediate effect on my income.

The game has been a passion project for like... 3 years now? I've worked on it with a lot of pleasure. But for the foreseeable future, I need to prioritize my life and my income. Combined with my not so great mental health, I see no choice but to put summer growth to a halt for now.

Will I continue working on it at some point? Maybe. I don't know. It'll really depend on how things go, how things pan out, and whether I'm even able to get back into the groove of it. All I can say for now is that I really appreciate the support you've all given me. Regarding that I've attached a poll, on whether to freeze this Patreon for now and suspend payments, or to keep it up. If people decide to stop supporting, or the Patreon is frozen, I fully support that. After all, I'm not able to work on the game much. But like I stated before, I genuinely appreciate all the support that was given.
