You have one, a huge one, and when you let it out, it goes in all directions because energy needs an exit and when it flies out of you, you do lots of fuckin shit.
But if you control your bunch and show it the correct exit, everything turns out well. Atm I am my own shepherd) It gets hard and kinda boring.
The next step is when you boil in your energy because it's in a stall and wants to erupt. Just like my morning coffee which is running over.
You need a blast to get to a new level but without extra psychological stimulation, that's when you get a new ridge in your brain, a new lever for the energy to leave. a new skill for a power output which you use because you want it and because you can!
