When Kit Harrington (Jon, obviously) was being trampled over and he had to pull his way to the surface, helth and safety wanted to add so way of making it safer. However Kit wanted it to be a realistic as possible so he suggested a safe word. He said if he felt he was going to pass out or couldn't get free in the crush he'd say the safe word. So when you see him pull himself free and take that one huge intake of breath it was all very real. IMO it adds to the scene massively. Fantastic show. Tonight though, Holy shit home π
