Before the battle of the Wall (S04E07), when Jon is telling the Nights Watch they should seal the tunnels, one of the guys at the table who says they shouldn't is the First Builder (head of the builders). I don't think they name the 4th guy who was hanged, but there was the First Ranger (Ser Allister Thorne), First Builder (Yarwick, the guy who said they shouldn't block the gate), Lord Commanders Squire (Ollie), and a fourth guy who we can reasonably guess is the First Steward. So within a minute the Nights Watch lost it's First Ranger, First Builder, Potential Future Lord Commander, possibly First Steward, the the Lord Commander himself (resigned). Shits crazy haha great episode
