The website you linked allows multiple votes from the same user, so long as wait a few hours. This result can be repeated as many times, so voting can be abused. A simpler way, such as one comment on FANBOX's comment = one vote (without voting up with hearts, just the user's name), may be better next time. I apologize if it sounds weird, I am using a translator machine. Thank you!
