Cerene gets a little rough - Featured Blender image set
Added 2022-07-06 10:00:04 +0000 UTCHey all, here is the featured Blender image set for the upcoming Blender animation later this month. Cerene happens to be down at a local strip club and decides to ignore the - no touching rule, much to the delight of the girl in question! I guess this is just one club where the no clothes policy also extends to guests.
Images and lighting were done by Maxalo. For this set and the animation we wanted to go for a rougher ambiance - consensual of course.

2022-07-24 18:47:11 +0000 UTCLast few pieces content, all the Futas' testicals are cartoon-ish. They stand out in a bad way. Not only are they too big, but they seem like they just don't belong with the body all together. Looks like a strap on pair of balls. Seems to be a trend with Blender. Not a fan of reinventing the wheel here. The delays and the way things are looking aren't worth it.... unless you are a fan of the backgrounds.

I noticed about a year ago you guys had mentioned that you wanted to do more in eevee bc it is faster but wasn’t sure if that’s what I’m seeing here. Mostly curious to see if eevee is producing these awesome renders and focusing my time on improving eevee or if it is in cycles and trying to focus on getting times down. I think I’ve seen Miro doing stuff in cycles with some demos a while back.

They're a means to give you guys an insight and taste of what you can expect in Bloodcrown. But as you know we also like to present work that we feel is deserving of our audience. Unfortunately, the Maya content was not up to that point as it had some minor issues as explained. We present rougher elements from our Blender team as it is very much still under construction so to speak, but we like to present more polished work from the Maya side of things. Regardless of what I might say in any case we are aware that you are frustrated, I'm just trying to explain. Trust me , if we could give you content straight away we would. But that's the nature of creative work - it takes time, sometimes longer than anticipated. And yes, we know it's been years. James

2022-07-09 14:00:42 +0000 UTCYes James, the Blender update for Bloodlust was nice, but please remind me: does the Blender movie come out before or after the Maya one? So please excuse us if we are more interested on the one that should come out first. The one that was given a stable estimated release date that held for an year only to be delayed when Affect3d actually had to show the goods. Also, unless the Maya update needed a specific thing that will be done only by the end of July, it's quite depressing to see you treat those updates as some contractual teeth pulling exercise. 'Oh it's not ready for June, guess you losers have to wait for the end of July!' Hopefully the July update will actually have some info and maybe content that doesn't seem like WIP stuff or the same scene we've been seeing for 4 years. But given Affect3d's track record I wouldn't bet on it.

But as Miro has put it several times, we are working on it, either accept it or don't but then no need to rant as it achieves nothing. I feel we have also sufficiently explained why we are getting into Blender to not have to do it again now. And we did actually give you an update - just not a Maya one. James

But wait here's more blender stuff nobody asked for to calm you down 🙄 . Honestly are you guys serious at this point or really just THAT incompetent cause I see a repeating pattern here going all the way back to Girlfriends4Ever 🤔 ? After all those many years one would expect that you got way better at project and team management but in reality there's no improvement at all and as it stands we're currently looking at an over half a year delay from the original release with still no end in sight for part 1 of a bigger project that by the time it will most likely be out has been in the works for a total of 4 years (you guys FromSoftware, PIXAR or something ? ) . On to another exciting 4 years of waiting for part 2 I guess if part 1 even makes it into 2022 that is (SPOILERS it won't 😉 ) and not go into the fifth year of production 😑 . "Rant over"

And the V6 is just because we have the artist go through several versions with corrections before settling on the final one - as with any creative process. We're not going to show every WIP we have. With regards to Anette and the image sets, as explained earlier this year, as we are now focussing our efforts on Bloodcrown in Maya and these animations in Blender, the old image sets are currently on hold. And I didn't understand your last question. If you mean will this replace the animation, no - every month we post both a featured image set and an animation - it will be posted later this month. 2022-07-06 15:01:03 +0000 UTCIMO At first, they should wear their full outfit as Jill wears her policewomen and Cerene wear her casual clothes in The Seed of Rebirth (Any clothes are fine) then start stripping as a thing should do in strip clubs. Other than that I keep it when animation is released. All my curiosity is in V6 in the subfolder, what happened to the other v1 to v5. Random question: what happened to Anette? hse should be in Fan Service with Sayako. And will it swipe to the image set instead of animation?

2022-07-06 13:39:29 +0000 UTCI agree that Jill's facial expressions in 8, 9 and 11 could do with improvement. Some variation in her facial expression in these images would be a good start. Having Jill do a lip bite in 11 while she's got Cerene "towering" over her would be my suggestion.

It needs some tweaking. Surprise, or some playful brattiness would work a lot better than the constant muted mannequin smile.
