This Sunday let's gather around a burner and make one of my favorite (and easiest) fall treats! There are SO many fun things that are coming your way and I can't wait to talk about it all! I'll also be sharing some very fun stories including the rescue of an abandoned baby squirrel we found in the attic! (He's safe and happy now thanks to wildlife rehabber Connie Darrow!)
I also have a VERY exciting contest announcement I'll be making! You have TWO new episodes coming next week and one of them features the prize for the contest :))

Kettle Corn:
A whirley Pop Popcorn Maker
1/2 Cup Popcorn kernels
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Peanut Oil
Dash of salt
I'll be making a mix of colors using gel paste food coloring

My sister makes gingerbread popcorn for Christmas. Curious to hear how to take care of a baby squirrel. Do I see a kitty bed? Wondering why you showed a vintage dress. 2025-09-26 17:11:59 +0000 UTCHello Valerie! The ingredients are so hot and need to be stirred constantly, so I worry a regular pot could either hurt you or burn the kettle corn . We have an old Whirelypop popcorn maker. You can get new ones overnighted online but they're $50-60 (which seems bonkers). If you don't want to go that route, I bet finding one at a thrift store wouldn't be too hard (That's where I got mine). I hope this is helpful
