We have now not only used this cake recipe, we’ve even used it as a basis for a red velvet cake. It’s soft and so delicious, works perfectly with gluten-free flour, and (my favorite part) is eggless! Since I have family members with sensitivities to eggs that’s huge. Thank you so much for this recipe! It’s now our go to birthday cake!

It is hurting communities and environments near the data centers. Georgia is experiencing water shortages. Grok AI is poisoning Memphis, and pumping millions of gallons of formaldehyde into the air of some of the poorest communities there. Google and Microsoft are buying up acres of forests in South America to build more environmental destructive data centers. AI is not all knowing either, and is incredibly biased and based on the data sets it has been trained on. It’s not telling you factual reality, it is telling you what it thinks you want to hear, which is dangerous in itself. You are an incredibly thoughtful and talented person. Please don’t give away your creativity to computer generated slop.
