Hello!! Watercolorist here! I'm so excited for this! Pro tip: use 100% cotton watercolor paper if you can! You'll be more successful with your painting. The cotton paper absorbs the watercolor paint extremely well. If you use a paper blend (not 100% cotton), the watercolor will not absorb well and you'll end up with lots of buckling and pooling. ❤️)

I hope you've been having a wonderful month so far! I've spent the last few weeks preparing things for this fall and am ready to take a break and make a mess with you!
From what I understand, it works well if you have a light outline of what you'll be painting first, So I've laid down a couple of soft sketches of Professor Poof which you can choose from :) I'm attaching them here, so feel free to print them out and work along with me, or you can also create your own of whatever you like and we can work through this together!
I've not played with watercolor much before, but from my experience it's a really fun medium, so I'm super jazzed to see how this goes!

And also thanks for the info regarding the type of paper (I have canson and daler rowney types so I think they will do the job). Just a quick question: you prefer watercolour paint in tube or cake form? Probably both work but I like to follow along with what you suggest.
