TSHIRTS. CHRISTINE. PLEASE. I would up my tier for tshirts. Also I just watched an old live stream and I would love LOVE to buy an LP of your soundtrack. I know it was a limited run but do another and I will give you so much $$$ haha

Brandy Byhoffer

Yesssssssss please I would love a spooky t shirt to buy, and also completely agree I keep wanting to start game of thrones again after watching house of dragons but I can’t even though it’s been years cos I’m still so angry about the last episode

Sam Hussey

Hi Christine, I would love to purchase a Victorian or vintage theme t-shirt you design. I know it will be so cool!

Dawn

I had my senior prom at Beardsley castle! That was well over 10 years ago. haha

Haley

So glad to know I'm not the only one who takes detours from renovation schedules to make sure everything is ✨just right✨ - thank you for the inspiration to go the extra mile! 🥰

Scarlett McLame

Hi! I'm Reba. I Iive in the remote Appalachian mountains. I'm of Cherokee descent.I'm amazed by your talent. I have 23 cats. My Bff kitty is Puddy Muffins. She is blind. Then there's Cuppie and Dita von Fleas. Lol. Chamomile tea is the best for the throat. I grow it in my back yard. And by the way, I'm sensitive. There's a spirit in that room. It seeks forgiveness and peace.

Reba Hensley

I enjoy watching all your projects and the interior decorating is lovely.

Belle Summer

I make my own watercolor cards and envelopes just love personalized stationary

Vicki

I have painted murals in entryways that entice people to enter.

Vicki

I was married a Beardslee Castle. One of our favorite haunts.

Vicki

Victorian dress up contest…best costume wins 🖤

Cynthia stokes

What about a cat themed contest? Best cat hair craft (idea), best cat poem, bets cat design, best cat photo, best diy cat ears...

Kassandra

I know im late but yes please spooky tshirts 💖💕

Amy Miranda

Would love wallpaper inspired by your mountain cottage bedroom…it is divine 😻

Karen

Would love to see a video of you discussing where you source your vintage clothing! Your wardrobe is insane😍.

enchantedpumpkin

Just caught up with this - have an unwell kitty who had a bladder stone removed this week and still not well - had acupuncture today and lots of drugs, but hopefully on the mend. He snuggled and snored through this video.

Julie Nicholson

celadon green would be beautiful for the kitchen, and might blend with the house while still being cheerful. Look up 1930s kitchens, it was super popular then. Jadeite green lives well with it. :-)

Elizabeth Cherry

No! I missed it again!

Elizabeth Goans

Terribly sorry for your loss! That is a horrendous thing to have happened. Sending love! Side note: kind of obsessed with “Vagina pink” now

Ashley Lucero

I would love a spooky tee-shirt from you! Yes on that!!!

Anna Radaelli

Me too, but when is it? “Early next week has come and gone”😂

Heidi

So sad I missed this Livestream... But my friend and I are going to be in Salem for Halloween too! We've been working on costumes and can't wait for all the fun stuff they have

Bella Molina

I am so excited for the guest room reveal.

Mononoke Adams

Oh, I can’t wait for the guest room reveal any longer 🤭😂😜🥰

Heidi

Yes! I feel like journals and even bookmarks with lovely tassels would go so well with Christine's aesthetic!

Andie C

How bout a meet and greet in Salem?

Cbon

Also... using the leaf of the palm and table lamp to disguise the computer and mic... is hilariously brilliant. *chef's kiss* for staging. Hugs to you concerning the sad news about your friend and what happened.

Joan Bishop

Hello from Scotland! Catching up today with all your news, it all sounds very exciting and a halloween witch costume sounds fabulous! We too have mice, one occasionally joins me in the conservatory for a whisky, I've called her Elsie. (*whispers* on a separate thread vagina pink made me giggle! ) I'm truly sorry to hear your news about the loss of your friend Lauri, it is deeply shocking and to be targeted because you show love is inhumane. My thoughts are with you x

Laura T

Yes please design a T~shirt

Helen Parish

When you know you'll be doing VO's: - Drink lots...tons... of water the day before and the day of and during a performance. Avoid caffeine and alcohol as these dry out your body/vocal chords. - Do some 'singing on the vowel' warm ups, vocal runs, prior to starting even if it's only 5 minutes. Maybe the Captive may play some scales for you to sing on a vowel with? This is akin to stretching before running a marathon. - When your voice gets tired, there is an exercise one can do: It's to make a gentle, quiet low 'gravel' sound with your vocal cords for a few minutes. Just air and chords. Try not to make a pitch rather focus on the back of the throat gravel feeling. Then go on voice rest for a bit. Still... drinking tons of water. - Honey and tea do not 'coat' vocal chords. That's incorrect. If the honey & tea were coating your vocal chords... you'd choke, as the vox chords are located beneath the epiglottis that closes when we swallow, so fluids and food do not enter our lungs. - Rather, the honey does coat the uvula (the tiny 'punching bag' hanging from the roof of our mouth, towards the back of the tongue) and tonsils when we have a "sore throat," from illness. In this case, neither the tonsils nor uvula were sore. Instead, the vocal cord muscles were tired from not being used, to being used. Just like when our glute muscles get sore when we do our first set of squats in a while! :) - When you noticed a bit of relief from drinking, it was because at this point the liquids you had drunk earlier, being distributed from your digestive system, were finally reaching your vocal chords. It can take :45 minutes, or longer, for 1 glass of water to hydrate our body, if we begin dehydrated. (:15 min if you're already hydrated.) - The vox cords get tired more easily when being used in a performance while they're dehydrated. In order to make sure chords are lubed, be premeditatedly hydrated. This is why drinking loads of water and staying away from diuretics prior and during a vox performance is vital. - Hope these tips help! You're awesome!

Joan Bishop

Yes to T-shirts!!!

Athena Pennington

This is an odd question but I often wonder how do you keep your mental health strong Christine when you're doing so many detailed projects for so long? Is it ever frustrating or is it meditative?

Dawn Hargy-Louden

Also yes! Would love a spooky tshirt and it hoodie!

Noelle Nurmi

I would love some tank top with your artwork on them.

Eileen Morris-Duke

Just saw that article on the front page of the NY Times about your friend. Bless that woman! And, bless her for doing the right thing! In the end, love can not be stopped! xoxo

Kiki Reef

I just got caught up with the live stream. That story about your friend is heinous! What has this world come to? How ignorant! Bless her heart and her family's. My prayers are with them. I hope they catch th guy that did this! I hope they put him under the jail! 😢

Jess

Dear Christine, I am so very sorry to hear the news of the terrible death of your friend in California. As I was watching our local news here in Reno, NV, they ran the story of her murder. It made me cry in sadness and anguish that we live amongst people that can't find within themselves to coexist and allow love to flourish wherever it grows. My heart goes out to her family, and friends, and to you. On a side note, within the 7 degrees of separation, my daughter was Morgana's (Mick's) roommate while they were on your great Netflix show. I enjoyed hearing of the production stories and I hadn't even heard of you, yet. What a find, when I came across your YouTube channel and then watched your series. I do love how the Universe works.

Kim Chunn Gonzalez

Hi Christine! You should do a Tea-Time show and tell with some of your most loved antiques and finds!

Patrick Retassie

I was watching the stream and I noticed that the room looks very similar to the California house. The fireplace and furniture orientation makes the room appear (from our view) very similar to the California house living room. I know it’s not, but it struck me as having that same “feel” I use to get watching, before the big move. I do love this house, but the videos at the California house have such a cool aesthetic. My favorite room was the one with the platform bed, the serpent carved sofa and the vanity a friend had gifted. I thought it was the perfect guest room. I loved that sofa (one of my favorite videos) and I was so happy to see that it made it to the new house (there was talk about leaving many items with the California house). I don’t often comment here, so since I’m on a roll, I want to tell you the story about the drive across the US to your new Victorian New York house. I was so worried during your trip across, because about the same time you and Grant were going through Iowa (where I live) we had a wind shear of 100 miles per hour. This wind took out huge trees and many homes and buildings. Interstate 80, the road you were on, was right-smack-dab in the path of these winds. I was on pins and needles waiting for a video to come out, so I knew you, Grant and the pets had arrived safely at the new house. Your timing must have been perfect to avoid the horrible weather that day. I’ve often thought about telling you kids just how close you’d come to this weather system, but I’m one of your quiet fans. I’m going back into my box now. Psst, love your art, both of you. 😉 thanx for sharing so much of yourselves Cindy

Tim and Cindy Lawlor

I have a great suggestion for your throat. It’s from Trader Joe’s so maybe your Mom can pick it up for you. It’s made by Bee & You and is called Propolis Raw Honey Spray. It’s definitely not tasty but feels like a shot of a strong cough drops. Good luck and can’t wait to see the new episode. Thanks for all you do! Sending love from, Long Beach, CA. 💞

Julie HeartCommunity

I'm so sorry about your friend. Yes, I would listen to your podcast, and I would buy a t-shirt in about 2 seconds! I can't wait to see the room!

Tammy R Dowden

I would buy that in a heartbeat!

Samantha DeJong

What a lovely stream!! So enjoyable and I was happy to meet you all <3 Hope your throat is doing better soon Christine! I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your friend - that is truly heinous. But Thank you for all that you do :) Take care

Samantha DeJong

Podcast suggestion: "Ghosted" with Roz Hernandez. Also- Maybe you & Trixie could do a collab for her motel!

Anne Z Knight

Was a great live stream, Christine🖤 cannot wait to see the room reveal! I’m currently working on my house so I’m with you how long things take. Your episodes have been helping so much. So sad to hear about your friend, my love and condolences go out to you and their family.

Noelle Nurmi

So many people asked about the status of the board game in the live chat. It is a fan made game by @NikkiandKim on Instagram!! They're so sweet and they're working hard on it I think there are links to back them on their instagram bio as well.

Karysa HorrorHoneysKitchen

I second the design a journal idea! Hope you are feeling better soon! 💜
