Also, the soundtracks for this and the pumpkin have felt so nostalgic to me. I was getting real Legend and Secret Garden vibes from them somehow. I have fallen behind in keeping up with crafts and art recently. Had the day off today and have felt so happy to reconnect with the channel.

2022-10-19 15:17:10 +0000 UTCThese are arachnological (goose bump inducing) perfection (of course because Christine did it), which is why I can't make them. I know that tarantulas and most spiders are considered harmless, but my brain irrationally always equates them with being cringe-inducing shamans of doom and scariness. The Bo Burnham song βSpiderβ pretty much sums me up. If I made these cookies I would forget completely and waltz clumsily into my kitchen to make my cup of joe the next morning with a bit of dreams still in my eyes, only to look out over our kitchen counter and see the perceived threat of 20 pointy pairs of fangs. I would squeak out a blood curdling screech to the heavens like an adrenaline pumped banshee, and If I could even find the words I would probably shout at my husband from the kitchen (something heβs heard many times before) βAHHHHHH holy s----- what the f------are those?! Call the f----------- exterminator!β or simply, in the case of 20 (albeit cookie) tarantulas, βBurn the condo down!β The neighbors would then peer suspiciously toward our home over their morning coffee, with their eyes widened to the sound of screams. They would think "Well, something terrible must have happened to that strange woman..." and presto, we are now "The 'Burbs'" Klopeks of our neighborhood. XD Happy spooky season everyone!

Christine would you consider maybe offering a template those of us who aren't able to draw, could print out and use? Anything else crafty or creative I can usually wing but drawing more than a stick figure always comes out demented and weird.

The process looks somewhat daunting, but I love a challenge, so I'm 100 % going to try making them.
