These could be very funny and you could choose the winner with the best description. No real skills needed and it could be a fun challenge.

Unless the winner is a U.S. citizen or has a Green Card I don't see how how he/she could enter the U.S. given the restrictions.

It would be really fun to see you and everyone as well. Nice way to have a virtual group event. If someone has a question you can give the permission to speak. It would just add more dimensions to live stream. Since everyone can't join, you could record it for others to watch later.
