I think he might actually be the the parallel time variant to the GT Gogeta that had been with our Vegito this whole time… let me explain.. So we know that when a timeline is messed with in the dB universe, they immediately split into 2 (the one with the time traveler gone and the other one with the time traveler staying as if nothing ever happened) so if you don’t already see where I’m getting at… I think when Vegito summoned Gogeta from his timeline, that created another timeline where Gogeta never left… and remember he decided to kill Beerus too (he explained that to reveal how he had demon power too) so since that version never left he most likely experienced the same consequences and went in his own journey similar to Vegito.

All the other versions of her were powerful enough to control time in their universe/s kinda like Hit or Guldo or something even more powerful than that. But the one we see is powerful enough to control all timelines. My best guess, Arj’s version of Chronoa is the same but even more heightened in power. So yes, other people can control time (Hit and Whis for example), but no one can control it to the same degree she can, along with that she can most likely override all time manipulations by other individuals. Obviously speculation there, but not to wild of speculation.

Vegito will get an insane level of boost, with 100 years of training inside and outside. If all of them inside him becomes as strong as him right now. Plus maybe they can all learn something from Cumber and shallot since they are ancient sayians maybe they can all get there tails back and possibly finally evolve the devil gene to its full form like Kazyua and combine it with there saiyan and angel forms similar to how vegeta combined his seraphim of destruction with that great ape form.
