Unfortunately no there was not but if I had to guess that scene with dai Goku and Vegeta and dai noticed a presence and there was thunder and the ground was cracking and stuff like that is most likely when he absorbed him and transformed into royal Vegito or maybe he absorbed GT and everything stayed the same but when he transformed into his royal form (equipment from GT) maybe that's when the lightning and thunder started to happen. We'll never know unless ARJ as it as like a secret episode just like how he has with NEPHELIAM Gogeta training with vegito and Goku black but idk.

There was also supposed to be Vegito's final form that he promised to Zeno he'd reveal it if Dai would die. It could be Vegito realizing he'll have to use it sooner than expected as a fully corrupted Dai possessed and empowered by Lucif will be too much for the three saiyans.
