When they makes sense as a group, I do bundle them, but when they are individual posts like this, Pateon doesn't provide me with an option to not send the email notifications. You can turn off your personal notifications from me by going to your "My Profile Settings" and unchecking "When Amazon Arrow posts paid content"

I did look into my profile settings just out of curiosity, and it's possible to adjust what kind of emails you do or don't receive from each creator you're subscribed to... but, it doesn't seem like there's anything I can do to change how often I get emails per day/week/etc. If there *is* an option, it's probably on the creators' side of things.
