January Rundown

Personal health:

Happy New years, yall.

Usually, with New Years, you gotta be optimistic or something about a clean slate.

That’s not how change works, You gotta get it going through your own efforts.

I feel Like I’ve been lazy, I’ve had a plan, and yet I still looking around for others' approval.

But I don’t need approval.

I don’t need anyone to like me even.

I just gotta like my work.

I gotta have fun with this or else what’s the point?

That’s my goal overall.
So, Let’s get this bread.

Plans:

We’re going to tackle some commissions for a short while.

Just need something to maintain the living situation and get some programs for a few projects.

I’ve already got a PNGtuber+, and I’ve worked on a model for streams but still figuring outa pose for Chank that’s funny to see jiggling around.

Eating a bowl of ramen or munching on a massive burger came to mind.

I’ve been learning Blender and have been putting in work learning as much as I can, plus trying out these new mediums accessible to me. I’ve always wanted a 3D model of Lady so I can mod her into games, like RoR2 or BombRush, but we’re gonna need a new ref for that.

This will probably be the hardest project to work towards but with that, it makes everything else easier.

These are more on the long-term goals here, we still have a few WIPs of animations from last year that could use an update. I’m introducing a Queue section to these to keep an in-depth list of exactly what’s in the back.

I’ve recycled what I could and only need to add intense gang bang and a finisher. Once we get that we’ll be done with this one. Sending Toria to pasture NSFW-wise for a while.

“Good Morning”: [8/ 36 seconds of wips remaning]

Speaking of Tori, I’ve saved a few TikToks of this Italian motivational speaker lady. Love her extroverted attitude and boisterous affirmations in the most busted-ass accent, it’s funny and heartwarming. So, I had to slap the sound clip on a character that matched that energy.

I barely scratched the surface of this but listening to it still puts a goofy ass grin on my face.

Tentacle test: [3/10 wips remaining]

Almost done as the last bits are just a close-out with a little sauce from researcher Cheshire.

After this, she’s getting an updated design by request of the Mrs.

This was fun. Struggles aside, I experimented a lot with this one, and even the last Patreon page was me testing out something new, but I enjoyed this project. Glad to get the last piece of the cast out before the end of the year.

Tabby vs Jazzy “2tops”: [4/7 wips remaing]

Oooh, I’ve been liking this one for a minute.

Just sharing the girls with the bois. Doodling the scenes for this is gonna be fun.

Got more than enough reference material for some of these shots.

Animations loops: [3 wips remaining]

We’ve got Jazz caking shaking, Tabby getting her Buppys bapped, and Beverley Riding a chair. So far these have only been touched on but Jazz has been getting an especially long examination.

Plaga looked at it and gave me some advice that would have saved me some time.

“Everything looks animated like it's a character but it's a body part.” I did this in complex pieces and worked on each moving part in isolation. The goal here is to get everything in sync for that one [also giving her legs], and touching up everything so it's ready to go.

Then again I could call it a day and move on to the others.
It’s favoritism I do plan on messing with her as my NSFW cover girl.

It’s About Drive: [wip 3\6 remaining]

God, so much of my line work on this still feels off to me.

I wanna do over and try to give this a lot more setup, though, I don’t think it’ll be a collab at that point. It’s very “cut to the chase” but we did have to get this out as quickly as we could as best we could given the situation. I feel like I can do better with this but there's too much on the docket to go back, so let's send this out in style.

Yes, we’re doing it again, mostly cause thinking of how the other option I had in mind would work is a little…wordy. I’ll have those options up next month to figure out whether it's a fun/functional idea or not.

Conclusion:

I gotta plan, don’t worry. Just feel detached emotionally.

Maybe it will pass, maybe I’ll get used to it, but one thing remains for sure, I’m gonna be busy.
